La valorizzazione e la promozione delle attività oratoriali nelle comunità locali

[Autom. eng. transl.] In dealing with the discipline relative to the role played by the speakers in the current framework, we are faced with an apparent paradox. On the one hand, in fact, the existence of regional (and local) provisions that precede what was established by law n. 206 of 2003, expressly dedicated to this discipline; on the other hand, there are provisions - subsequent to the state one - which only partly reflect the contents. The present contribution addresses, through the analysis of the sources adopted on a portion of the Italian territory, the open problems and the perspectives linked to these themes, with particular attention given to the importance of the "social and educational" function carried out by the speakers.
