Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article concerns the elaboration of a tool to detect the situation of the user for which home assistance is activated. After an initial draft, the instrument was tested on eight cases. The analysis of the information gathered highlighted some shortcomings of the tool, linked to the failure to detect the relational dimension of the difficulties and possible improvement actions. The instrument was then recalibrated and tested again for the assessment, thus obtaining some advantages that were detected by the social operators involved in the trial.
