Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay reconstructs the Italian regulatory framework regarding the protection of food religious freedom. After having summarized the constitutional principles of reference, he tackles and reconstructs the contract law and the unilateral law dictated in terms of the impact of religious food regulations. The paper also focuses on the most recent jurisprudence on the subject and on the possible conflicts that could derive from the increasingly widespread religious pluralism, proposing methods of intervention for a better protection of religious food freedom.
