Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Occupational risk is codified in the Italian Constitution as part of social security protection according to an insurance model that also protects situations of greatest need and also those in which the risk occurs during the employment relationship and before its interruption, as typically through the 'wage supplementation fund, entrusted to the public body but also, in similar form, to bilateral bodies.
