Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author offers some initial reflections on the events of the summer of 2011: the interconfederal agreement of 28 June 2011 and the launch by the Government of the art. 8, legislative decree 138/2011. The author expresses himself critically on this second provision, which is not requested by the social partners and, indeed, is liable to prejudice the new climate of collaboration established between the social actors following the signing of the interconfederal agreement.
