Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This communication intends to draw an overview of the main terminological and discursive difficulties that may arise from the translation from Spanish to Italian of agrifood texts. The objective is to emphasize that if on the one hand the affinity between the two languages is a facilitating element of the translation activity, on the other it causes difficulties related both to the translation of the terminology of the agri-food sector and to the textual conventions of scientific texts in both languages.
