Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The text reconstructs the evolution of the concept of zero tolerance in the American panorama, also proposing the debate on the theme of urban disorder as a factor generating insecurity and crime. Particular attention is given to the case of the city of New York and to the preventive / organizational measures implemented.
