La terminologia agroalimentare: normatività e comunicazione plurilingue

[Autom. eng. transl.] The terminological documentation in the agri-food field is testimony of a continuous dialogue between dimetminology scholars, translators, specialists, sector operators, disseminators, journalists, all observers and users of such a varied and complex sector. In the agri-food sector, terminology is a central factor in institutional communication to the citizen. The clear determination of the term and its definition constitutes the basis for the greater usability of the product in multilingual promotion and in the international scene. The AGROTERM project is illustrated, for a standardized cataloging of Italian PDO and PGI products, for better communication of the product itself at national and international level.
