Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The measures of the PNRR do not intervene on classic themes such as the autonomy of educational institutions, the division of responsibilities State-Regions or the evaluation of the education system. Instead, they value school as an essential public service and its effectiveness understood in an innovative way not only as effective realization of institutional results but above all as adequacy of performance to meet the training needs of the social, cultural and economic context of reference. If the overall strategy is acceptable vi are critical issues related to the functionality of the interventions and the their ability to resolve the difficulties of the near future health situation.
