Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Each school context is the result of the systemic interdependence of various factors: relational, organizational, didactic. In today's school, interpersonal relationships take on great importance: they are more strategic than other elements in determining the functioning and educational quality of contexts. In this sense, the contribution focuses on the interactions between the professionals who work side by side in the school every day. The diffusion of a collaborative logic makes professionalism, knowledge, but also people grow. Collegial work can generate a common and uniting pedagogical heritage for all the subjects that make up the institution.
