Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] From the first written translation of Scripture, begun in Alexandria in Egypt in the third century BC other ancient biblical translations have started. Innovation in the phenomenon of translation and transculturation from the Semitic to the Greek mentality. Ancient types and formats of books related to the biblical text and its translations.
