Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Already twenty years before the Coronavirus pandemic, we had all the conceptual tools to rethink science policies, the role of research institutions, the contribution of citizens to the production of knowledge in very different directions compared to the trajectories outlined in the last three years of global health emergency.
