Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After being long disparaged, the Covid-19 crisis has revived the elites. The most obvious demonstration is the almost obsessive search for expert opinion, which millions of people follow every day on television or via social media. We hang on the lips of those who have studied viruses for a long time, who can advance, with good reason, solutions to stop the pandemic and to make us go back to living in coveted normalcy. It is an obvious change of trend. Has a democracy led by competent elites been established?
