La risalita? A commento della sentenza n. 242/2019 della Corte costituzionale

[Autom. eng. transl.] The text analyzes the substantive and procedural requirements in the presence of which sentence no. 242/2019 of the Constitutional Court, declaring art. 580 of the Italian Criminal Code, provided for an area of aid not punishable by the suicide requested by the patient: "without creating - however - any obligation for doctors to carry out such help". The assessments made on the matter, prior to the aforementioned ruling, by the Federation of Medical Orders are considered, as well as the question of whether or not a consequential intervention by the legislator is appropriate. Furthermore, the critical considerations, already illustrated by the author in previous works, regarding the legal passage made with the same sentence are reiterated.
