Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the impact of the Third Sector Reform of 2017 on the bodies of religious confessions. Through a historical reconstruction of the role of ecclesiastical bodies in the field of charity and assistance, it identifies the reasons for the provision of a region of specialties in their third sector field. It focuses on the impact of the term "religiously recognized religious entities" in the legal framework and addresses the current problems related to the management and administration of the assets of ecclesiastical institutions.
