Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment deals with the subject of the teacher's civil liability pursuant to art. 2048 cod. civ., in particular from the point of view of self-caused damage and damage caused by third parties to investigate the recognition of the social contact and the (residual) scope of the same art. 2048 cod. civ. Finally, it addresses the problem of quantifying compensation for damages and the possibility of extensive application of the microsystem of RCA tables
