Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author examines some peculiar characteristics of the Italian system, to highlight the multiple defects. He proposes to use new technologies, following some foreign models, which are illustrated (and the dictates of legistics and legimatics). It then analyzes the tools made available to the community to take cognizance of the regulatory and jurisprudential formant (institutional sites); illustrates the stage of development of the legal databases by providing some suggestions for lemmatization, stemming, the search for synonyms, the semantic web.
