Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In criminal trials to ascertain any staff responsibilities health care in the event of death affecting people with SARS-CoV-2 is discussed relief to be attached to the autopsy examination in order to ascertain the cause of death, especially when the autopsy was not carried out at the time of his death, and his carrying out involves the extumulation of the body. The cause of death remains a an essential element to ascertain if you want to clarify the salvific effectiveness of the behavior a dutiful alternative, and therefore the precautionary rule that the practitioner of the profession health should have been observed to prevent the contagion that caused the death. The article is also responsible for identifying remedies other than the autopsy where this is not useful or possible, and underlines how the use of artificial intelligence can help to enhance the interpretation of ante- or postmortem radiological images.
