[Autom. eng. transl.] Within the Cagliari Department of Mental Health, an action research was carried out aimed at the construction of a welcome cycle manual for the improvement of the healthcare offer and the promotion of the operators' organizational well-being. The contribution illustrates the context with which the project was compared, the start-up methods with the client, the setting up of the setting and the intervention methods used. Two levels of reading of the project are proposed. The first, by means of a qualitative analysis of the data, illustrates the main learning objects constructed by the participants for the realization of the welcome manual. The second proposes a reflection on the relational processes activated by the intervention between the different actors / roles involved.
