Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution aims to understand which responsibilities derive to the notary from the drafting of an invalid corporate deed. In this context, notarial deeds are analyzed in general, with particular regard to the deeds of incorporation of companies, to continue with the analysis of the minutes of the meetings. After having completed the investigation concerning the disciplinary responsibility, the last part of the study is reserved for the civil profile.
