Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author offers a definition of the Provider subject and lists its types; then analyzes the liability regime of the providers and the jurisprudence of the sector. A final look is aimed at the so-called right to be forgotten derived from case law, with particular reference to the conditions enucleated by national and international rulings for the purposes of the applicability of the specific protection.
