Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution aims to verify whether the time is now ripe to definitively release the criminal liability of entities from the prior commission of a criminal offense by an individual agent, taking a further step forward with respect to the ascriptive paradigms currently governed by Legislative Decree lgs. 231/2001, in the process of progressive autonomization of corporate criminal liability.
