Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The civil responsibility in European law is examined under the different profiles of injustice of the damage (as transfused in the category of legally relevant damage, in the PELs), of the damage (patrimonial and non-patrimonial), of the imputation criteria and of causality. In particular, the responsibility of the producer and the responsibility of the State for violation of European Union law are considered.
