Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution aims to offer a reflection on the issue of conciliation, highlighting on the one hand the different theories that over time have contributed to reading and understanding the relationship between family and work, on the other the emerging challenges of our time, such as the role of companies, paternity and policies and leaves that support conciliation in plural welfare.
