The reflection begins by the meaning of the old age to overcaming preconceptions and clichés that tend to shape our judgments on elderly, to mean the helping relationship toward elderly person as a "symphony" of activities, dimensions and sensibilities that refer to both to the care and assistance, both to the holistic promotion of the person
