Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The provision of the art. 35 of Legislative Decree no. 198/2006 (Code of equal opportunities between men and women), entitled Prohibition of dismissal on grounds of marriage, does not apply to workers in the part in which it provides in paragraph 2 the nullity of «dismissals implemented due to marriage» despite the lack of a explicit literal reference that restricts its field of application to female workers.
