Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The reflection on the quality of services and their evaluation is becoming a criterion also for social policy. Personal services, from social to educational to health, are increasingly subjected to quality criteria in their performance and their functions: the book proposes theoretical and methodological ideas in this sense.
