Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] At the heart of the research work that resulted in this volume is the observation of the relationships between technological, organizational and work change, in the necessarily complex interweaving of these dimensions. In particular, our reflections and case studies have mainly focused on the often underestimated role of organizational intervention. Also in this chapter that examines the work, the aspects on which it was decided to focus mainly the analysis are those related to changes in its organization.
