Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] During emergency situations, knowledge sharing is crucial to create common solutions
and knowledge. Data collected during the COVID-19 pandemic highlight the impact of
individual resilience and organizational commitment on the propensity of doctors to share
knowledge. Managerial and organizational implications are discussed
