Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After two years from the failed decision in the Salteri case, the Cassation, although judging the decision of the Justice of the Peace of Naples who had mistakenly applied the art. 2050 instead of 2043 as had been requested by the consumer in a case of misleading advertising, considers cigarette production a dangerous activity pursuant to art. 2050.
