Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After 4 marketing campaigns characterized by more or less significant downturns, which led to the marketing of Italian cow's milk - that is to say “deliveries” plus “direct sales” - from 11.15 to 10.88 million tons, 2010/11 shows an increase of 126,000 tons, equal to + 1.2%: this is, perhaps, a reversal of trend, favored also by the elimination of the constraint of production quotas. Therefore, national production in 2010/11 is at levels slightly lower than those of 3 previous campaigns.
