Abstract
Ruling on the issue of non-pecuniarydamagedue to loss of relatives resulting from a wrongful act, the
Milan court illustrates and applies - for the first time ever - the new criteria for the liquidation of
damages for loss of parental relationship set forth in the “Integrated Tables with Points - Edition
2022,” recently approved by the Milan Observatory on Civil Justice.
