Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After analyzing the transformative impact of the original matrixes of anti-corruption law on the overall Italian administrative system, and on the public procurement sector in particular, the contribution focuses on the corruption prevention strategies pursued by the legislator in and through the regulation of negotiating activity of the public administration, highlighting its merits and limits, as well as examining its relevance in the light of the overall deregulation of tender procedures, already tested in the emergency context, and destined to consolidate into one with the enhancement of the administrative discretion made by the draft of the new Code .
