Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work of defining the professional identity of the oratory educator involves the analysis of strengths and resources, but also the understanding of areas of shadow and limits that he is called to face and rework. These limits are of different types and degrees and fall more or less directly into the educational relationships that are built: being aware of them is the first step in being able to manage them in personal and group training dynamics.
