Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The policies deriving from the norms of the treaties that regulate the EU and implemented according to the law deriving from them, which involve the latter's intervention in the field of development cooperation, a cooperation considered not only from the continental perspective but also from the universal as well as the national, and in particular respect to the African continent also in relation to the phenomenon of migration.
