Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the action of Italy and, specifically, of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dino Grandi, during the Geneva Disarmament Conference both in terms of diplomatic relations and strategic and aeronautical issues, which also involved the then Minister of the Air Force, Italo Balbo.
