To date, the question has mostly been answered in the negative, albeit with different arguments and which are affected by the specific type of company concerned. The essay shows how these reasons are not really decisive and that therefore there are no insurmountable obstacles that impede the fact that a juridical person becomes a director of a company. The analysis demonstrates how the real problem of the legal entity administrator is not to be sought on the level of admissibility but on the level of the applicable discipline, given that the discipline of the administrative function of a company is prepared on the premise of finding application against a person physical and, therefore, needs to be adapted if it is to be applied to a subject of a different nature.
