Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Becoming an entrepreneur is not only a professional choice, but also a response to an inner need for autonomy and personal fulfillment that pushes a person to undertake a path that is not always easy. In this context, passion represents a fundamental driver of entrepreneurship, an invisible force that fuels dedication, creativity and resilience. Passion is in fact a combination of intense emotions and deep commitment that pushes individuals to dedicate time, energy and resources to transform their ideas into reality. The role of passion in entrepreneurship is widely recognized in academic literature. According to Cardon et al. (2009), entrepreneurial passion is one of the main motivations that push entrepreneurs to undertake and sustain their activities. Passion not only provides the energy needed to face daily challenges, but also helps to maintain high motivation in the long term. Furthermore, it is
often linked to greater resilience, allowing entrepreneurs
to overcome difficulties more easily.
