Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] There is above all the "word" - in which emotions, desires, resistances and above all "stories" are deposited - at the center of the relationship that the educator has with the other, and vice versa, underlined by the introductory pages and reiterated in the first two chapters of the innovative volume by Daniela Tonolini. Starting from this perspective, the author offers a journey through some significant works of Italian literature from the nineteenth century to recent novels during which, through selected passages, a reading method is proposed that allows one to experiment and make one's own the whole depth and the topicality of the literary Word. A Word that precisely, if assumed with full consciousness, not only free, but also unites.
