Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Reporting the results of a research carried out with families who have chosen to have their disabled children attend one of the special schools still active in Lombardy, this paper aims to reflect on the motivations that are the basis of an educational choice, apparently in countertrend with the supplementary school policies that have been characterizing Italy for more than forty years.
