La parola agli addetti UPP. Un’indagine con questionario sull’inserimento dell’addetto UPP negli UUGG: il caso veneto.

[Autom. eng. transl.] This text illustrates and discusses the results concerning the Veneto district of a survey with a questionnaire administered to UPP employees in the North-East macro-area. The aim of the investigation was to understand the methods of introducing the new functional profile of the Process Office Officer (UPP) in the Judicial Offices, to identify critical issues and good practices in the use of this figure for the purposes of increasing the efficiency of UUGG activities. The results indicate that UPP employees are able to effectively guarantee, with the activities they claim to carry out mainly, the connection between jurisdictional activities and chancellery activities envisaged in the intentions of the legislation. However, there is a divergent interpretation of their role among a substantial part of the respondents who report struggling to divide themselves between magistrates and chancelleries or carrying out too many tasks pertaining to the chancelleries. An interpretation of the reasons for these critical issues is provided, together with a brief discussion of their implications.
