Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article develops new considerations regarding the trajectory of Prince Vaudémont, the last Spanish governor of Milan and councilor of the Consejo de Estado in 1699. It emerged that the appointment of nine new councilors was a sort of compensation obtained by Queen Marianna of Neuburg to face the removal of its main ally, the Almirante of Castile
