Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper focuses on some interpretative problems posed by art. 5 no. 1 of Regulation (EC) no. 44/2001, in light of the order (n. 20887) issued by the Joint Sections of the Court of Cassation on September 27, 2006 in the Saneco case.
