Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the regulation of labor relations the incidence of general clauses can be placed in the area of limits to employer powers, as for the variation of tasks, control and discipline, up to dismissal, or instead as a legal requirement for the application of institutions that require a broad interpretation of the features of the case. The generality is an attribute that in any case must be reserved to the provisions of law that in these areas affect the relationship of interests underlying the labor relations, without opposing an idea of particularity in the interpretation that contradicts the uniformity of the treatments.
