Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The aim of the present study is to examine the influence of age and stress level on sexual abuse experiences (related to invasiveness of the abusive action, duration of the abuse, number of perpetrators, PTSD) on the quality of witness statements. The transcripts of 80 depositions of victims of sexual abuse (aged between 4 and 17 years) were examined through a content coding system. The results of multiple regression analyzes indicate that age and stress level differently predict some aspects of the content of testimonial reports. Age appears to be the best predictor of gustatory perceptions, the emotion of isolation and reflexive abilities; the stress level of the elements of temporal contextualization and description of the actions.
