Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Premised an analysis of the main international sources, to which we owe the consideration of the minor as "subject of rights", an individual bearer of interests worthy of protection, the essay analyzes the main types of crime provided for by the Criminal Code in which the minor of age he is an offended person. Special attention is devoted to the offensive conduct of the child's sexual freedom, and to the procedural safeguards that provide particular forms of protection against him.
