La metodologia relacional de la red: perspectiva y peincipios basicos

[Autom. eng. transl.] This article presents the relational paradigm of the network in social work, based on the concept of relational well-being, showing first methodological dimensions and then providing useful operational elements in practice. It is an innovative and unconventional paradigm focused on the idea that well-being - also in situations of malaise of individuals, families or communities - emerges from social relationships or, better, from the associated action of well-intentioned people. The relational methodology of the network is based on the concepts of empowerment and strengthening of human abilities, reciprocity and mutuality as engines to develop welfare and social capital, of relational resources as essential ingredients of social work. In the relational paradigm there is talk of a confrontation network, which is defined as a dynamic network of people who share a common purpose of improving life or social purposes. At the end of the article a part is dedicated to working with families and minors: this delicate field of intervention is focused on the ideas proposed by the relational paradigm.
