Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The increase in conflict at school is not only a characteristic linked to mutiny, but rather to the growing inability to manage conflicts. They are relegated to dysfunctions of the relationship, rather than conceived as legitimate conditions to be addressed. Peer mediation projects build students' competence in managing a crisis-ridden relationship and support the dissemination of an idea of conflict as an opportunity for learning and growth.
