Abstract
The article deals with the important nationwide collective agreement of 28th June 2011 and art. 8, decree law n. 138/2011. Both these normative acts push Italian industrial relations towards decentralisation of the collective bargaining. The author suggests a very cautious interpretation of art. 8, in order to minimise the risk of uncostitutionality.
