Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] He tackles the problem of defining a twentieth-century canon, given not only the chronological proximity, which still makes the landscape move, or even magmatic, but also, more deeply, the paroxysmal rise of the authors and works and the multiplicity of poetics and of the experiences deriving from the so-called "anguish of influence", typical of modernity. In this regard, some authoritative attempts made recently are discussed.
